Architecture Consultancy

• Meeting the client and understanding their requirement. 
   

• Visiting the site and analysing the place and its surroundings. 
   

• Brainstorming, working on conceptual planning and mood boards to create an experience through a built environment. 
   

• Preparing 3D views, detailed technical drawings, selecting materials and working on the intricate details of the project. 
   

• Getting the estimate of the project approved and supervising the execution of the project at the site (till handover).

Architecture/ Interior Turnkey Project​
 

Apart from the points mentioned under Architecture Consultancy,

 

• We consult our contractor, → get the estimate → discuss the project with the client → look into project execution and site inspection → on completion handover the key of a furnished space.

If you are looking forward to adding character to the existing space and cannot afford a designer or pay heavy consultancy charges, we have a solution to that. What we offer is a 1-day consultancy program.

Bernice graduated from Padmashree Dr D.Y. Patil College of Architecture, Pune in the year 2015. She worked with renowned architects from the industry in Mumbai and Bangalore where she got an opportunity to work on luxury residences, holiday homes, highrise residential towers, commercial and hospitality projects. 
 

Bernice strongly believes in bridging the gap between built spaces and open environment using design as a medium.
