Residence 101 is designed to create a simple yet minimal, breathable environment which draws in sufficient natural light; keeping in mind the privacy aspect as it is surrounded by a cluster of houses. This has been achieved by metal pergolas and jaali screening which not only draws in light and maintains the privacy but also creates interesting and playful shadow patterns through the spaces. The existing semicircular balcony and the sloping roof has been retained to compliment the structure.
