The site is enveloped on three sides by bright colour houses and a lot of green.

The idea behind Residence 104 was to carve a minimal contemporary house using clean lines with a play of solids and voids. Use of an earthy material palette highlights it with respect to the surrounding.

We have also focused on minute details in terms of clients' requirements to make the space user-friendly.
